Job Summary
A non-profit Catholic healthcare system is seeking a Remote Patient Account Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Identify uninsured or underinsured patients for eligibility for financial assistance
- Maintain daily account and follow-up work lists within department
- Respond to customer inquiries in accordance with state and federal laws
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficient use of computers including MS Office applications
- Proficiency with 10-key calculators alphanumeric data entry skills
- Working knowledge of standard office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
