Job Summary
A healthcare consulting company has an open position for a Remote Patient Care Call Center Agent in Louisville.
Must be able to:
- Place outbound calls to consumers
- Use judgment in escalating unresolved issues to management
- Transfer consumer to appropriate parties, once approval has been obtained
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend Privacy and Security Training, as required by the HIPAA Awareness Program
- Ability to adhere to and support organizational IT&S standards, policies, and procedures
- Ability to comply with all guidelines, policies and procedures
- Ability to practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
