Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Patient Care Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Provide superlative and empathetic telephonic customer service for patients
- Actively listen and probe patients in a professional and timely manner
- Warm-transfer calls to clinical staff for clinically escalated situations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with escalated customer service issue resolution
- 2+ years in a call center environment
- 1+ year of healthcare background with medical terminology and familiarly of clinical issues
- Critical thinking skills required for success in role
- Knowledge of MS Office products
