Job Summary

A healthcare diagnostic imaging company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Care Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work through the Scheduler Grid to pre-register and schedule patients (inbound & outbound calls)
• Ensure all queues are processed in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to all process and compliance requirements
• Conduct functions of the position in a collaborative, friendly, and empathetic way when dealing with patients, physicians, and co-workers

Qualifications Include:

• Three plus years’ experience in customer service – healthcare environment preferred
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
