A health and wellness company has an open position for a Remote Patient Care Department Representative in Austin.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing multiple software applications (email, chat, phone, social media) and technology platforms
  • Managing and executing multiple special tasks and projects
  • Advocating for customer needs by suggesting and implementing (when possible) customer experience improvements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail: preference for organization, order and consistently achieving goals
  • The ability to easily communicate with customers about sensitive or difficult topics
