Job Summary
A health and wellness company has an open position for a Remote Patient Care Department Representative in Austin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing multiple software applications (email, chat, phone, social media) and technology platforms
- Managing and executing multiple special tasks and projects
- Advocating for customer needs by suggesting and implementing (when possible) customer experience improvements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience working in customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail: preference for organization, order and consistently achieving goals
- The ability to easily communicate with customers about sensitive or difficult topics
- Passion about healthcare and building a health brand
- Strong ability to empathize with others as well as the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
