A physician-led healthcare staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Patient Coordinator in Grand Blanc.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as first point of contact with patients who are seeking medical assistance from their Doctor
• Build trust, provide compassion, and empathize using customized scripting
• Document what is needed before a Nurse speaks with the patient.

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to determine key information by patient
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
• Ability to defuse conversations and escalate if necessary
• A workstation with a reliable internet connection and telephone
