Job Summary
A holistic healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Patient Experience Navigator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Filing and retrieving patient records, maintaining patient accounts, using electronic medical records
- Maintaining clear communication with management about overall customer service
- Managing inbound customer communication and ensure all messages are answered in a timely fashion
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Two years or more of customer service experience is required
- Must have great communication skills and be a people-oriented person
- Must be well-organized and efficient
- Proficient at keeping patients records
