Job Summary

A healthcare services company is seeking a Remote Patient Experience Representative in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Handle patient calls, texts, and emails
  • Coordinate with doctors and physicians to retrieve lab orders
  • Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve patients issues in a timely and positive manner

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience with medical experience
  • Ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Personable and love speaking with others via phone, text, email, and chat
  • Strong computer literacy skills and ability to learn new technologies
