Job Summary
A non-profit health care organization is filling a position for a Remote Patient Relations Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a liaison between patients, family members and hospital staff
- Facilitating the resolution of complaints and concerns
- Educating patients, family members and the professional staff regarding patient rights
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in education and experience is required
- 2 years of related experience in a healthcare setting with regular patient contact
