Job Summary

A healthcare advocacy and concierge company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Service Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Communicate via phone and email within the network
  • Educate and promote company services that are available
  • Prioritize the most important service needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least three years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be comfortable with a face paced, evolving operation
  • Experience with resolving complex participant issues
  • At least one year of telephonic experience discussing confidential medical information
