Job Summary
A healthcare advocacy and concierge company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Patient Service Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Communicate via phone and email within the network
- Educate and promote company services that are available
- Prioritize the most important service needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least three years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable with a face paced, evolving operation
- Experience with resolving complex participant issues
- At least one year of telephonic experience discussing confidential medical information
