Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Service Representative 1.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking 50-55 inbound calls daily and assisting our client patient base with their billing inquiries
- Obtaining current patient information for established and new patients
- Accurately entering patient information in scheduling system
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience, ideally in a call center
- High volume call experience
- Medical/dental office or medical scheduling knowledge
- Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office
