Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote Patient Service Representative in Columbus.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying any areas that are potentially troublesome and following up with the stakeholder to ensure that issue is resolved
- Performing Pre and post call analysis of calls
- Answering incoming calls in professional manner following client guidelines & business rules
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ year of healthcare call center experience
- Must be able to type 40 WPM
- Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload depending program needs
