Job Summary

A biotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Support Coordinator I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Representing Sanguine and our values with an exceptionally compassionate and empathetic attitude
  • Scheduling patients based on numerous factors such as medical staff and researcher availability
  • Initiating outbound phone calls with patients to schedule appointments, confirm visit times, or reschedule visits as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experiences in Healthcare/Life sciences
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Project Coordination
  • High school diploma combined with experience will be considered
  • Experience working with general software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Salesforce
  • Take privacy seriously and are familiar with HIPAA regulations
