Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Support Specialist in Omaha.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with team members through our ZenDesk ticketing system
- improving processes to maximize efficiency
- Jumping in and tackling additional projects as needed, bandwidth permitting
Position Requirements Include:
- Passion for customer experience and helping people via email and phone
- 30-40 hours of weekday availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday
- Ability to think critically and be data-driven in solving patient problems
- Operational experience- especially in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
- Knowledge of technology tools and ability to quickly pick up new technologies
- Strong and effective communication skills, with the ability to listen to understand an issue and problem solve
