Job Summary

A health management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payer Contracting Director.

Must be able to:

  • Develop solutions, gain alignment, and deliver impactful business insights
  • Design and implement negotiation strategies for the terms and conditions in value-based contracts
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for all forms of value-based contract performance improvement

Position Requirements Include:

  • Significant (4-7 years) managed care contracting experience with a broad range of providers
  • Significant (7-10 years) experience in managed care
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Previous (2-4 years) management or project lead experience
  • Previous experience (2 -4) years of value-based care and risk based contracting
  • Expert Knowledge of provider contracting/negotiations
