Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Payer Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, staff, organize and evaluate service delivered by staff
- Plan, build, organize, direct, and control the operation of assigned areas
- Contribute toward the overall development of solutions and services for the needs of customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of managing teams cross-functionally through influence against competing priorities
- Ability to move seamlessly and quickly from the strategic, innovative, big picture
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare information technology,or related
- BA/BS degree
