Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Payment Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide daily guidance and oversight to data keying team members
- Ensure compliance KPIs and productivity reporting to ensure appropriate customer milestones achieved
- Manage team member performance, including staffing, reviews, timesheet review, training and development
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience within an operations role or data entry environment
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage in a way that results in highly-engaged teams and allows each person to reach their potential
- Sense of urgency and an ability to instill that within the team, without losing sight of quality and accuracy
