Job Summary
An e-commerce provider and online marketplace for the cannabis industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payment Operations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting company's Payments application
- Handling everything from terminal activation and ongoing program management of the payment solutions to account penetration and ongoing support
- Conducting account reviews to improve processing volume
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of operations, implementation or project management experience
- Demosntrated detail oriented indidual with wxcellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Intermediate Computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, Google Suite, DocuSign)
- Ability to assist customers through Payments application / onboarding / activation process
- Ability to orchestrate timely onboarding calls to activate Payment Acceptance devices
