Job Summary

A booking and payment platform company is filling a position for a Remote Payment Platform Customer Success Concierge.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries via chat/phone through a ticketing system
  • Maintaining positive ongoing relationships with other employees and customers
  • Being a product expert
