Job Summary

A clinical research organization has an open position for a Remote Payment Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilizing multiple systems to pay and track accurate information
  • Creating various reports from database to track payments
  • Providing in-bound call and email support to maintain open communication with all customers regarding internal policies and procedures as it pertains to payments globally

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience in pharma or customer service experience
  • Awareness of Fair Market Value and compliance concepts
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with SAP preferred or other payment systems
  • Familiarity with consulting agreements and similar simple contracts
