A healthcare payments company has an open position for a Remote Payments Client Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients
- Work to resolve any outstanding issues
- Assist providers in signing up for direct electronic funds transfer product
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Passion for customer service and helping people
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and basic troubleshooting
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude
- Comfort with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
