Job Summary

A business management and consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Payroll Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing payroll by accurately entering client information and payroll data into various systems and applications
  • Updating and maintaining client resources and data to ensure efficiency, contract and security requirements are met
  • Opening and closing client tax accounts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 0-3 years of Payroll Experience
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Willing to learn new skills and processes
  • Problem solver with a desire to resolve challenges professionally
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
