Job Summary
A business management and consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Payroll Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing payroll by accurately entering client information and payroll data into various systems and applications
- Updating and maintaining client resources and data to ensure efficiency, contract and security requirements are met
- Opening and closing client tax accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 0-3 years of Payroll Experience
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Willing to learn new skills and processes
- Problem solver with a desire to resolve challenges professionally
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
