Job Summary

A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Payroll and Benefits Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment support as needed related to benefits offerings, amounts, deductibles
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll, payroll taxation benefits accounting, and related items
  • Prepare Certified Payroll reports, participate in payroll & benefits audits

Required Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with legal requirements for payroll and benefits administration
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in managing multi-site payroll & benefits
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact with all levels of the company including senior management
  • Enjoys being challenged and resolving complex problems
