Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Payroll and Commissions Staff Accountant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Providing hands on involvement in our ERP implementation
Owning and maintaining capitalized commission schedules
Performing Month End Close functions end to end

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of payroll recording process and capitalized commissions
Experience with ERP Systems
Knowledge of recent accounting pronouncements, GAAP, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
Experience with year-end financial audits and related supporting workpapers
Demonstrated understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency financial consolidations
