Job Summary

A technology services firm is filling a position for a Remote Payroll and HR Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis for multiple pay groups across multiple states
  • Understand the flow of information in the HRIS
  • Perform necessary tasks to ensure data integrity, compliance and streamlined efficiencies

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Knowledge and solid experience in multi-state payroll tax matters
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years payroll experience in a multi-state payroll position is required
  • Experience in assessing alternative payroll providers, and successfully transitioning payroll/HRIS platforms
