Job Summary
A privately-held computer software company is in need of a Remote Payroll Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a distributed team for payroll operations, including payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, and inquiry management
- Develop and lead the global payroll strategy and roadmap
- Develop KPIs and relevant metrics to supervise performance and inspire change within the organization
Position Requirements Include:
- 12+ years in payroll in a public, global company environment
- U.S. Workday payroll experience required
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
- Basic accounting knowledge and SOX experience
