Job Summary
A SaaS company has an open position for a Remote Payroll Global Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the Payroll team ensuring payroll is processed timely and accurately
- Leading the efforts on Workday implementation, transitioning from ADP Workforce Now
- Overseeing the payroll related reporting to business partners such as HR Accounting and Finance Departments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4 + years of public company experience a must
- Minimum of 10 years of payroll experience
- 2+ years of payroll experience using Workday payroll system and Workday HRIS
- Worked day payroll system implementation experience a positive
- Experience with SOX documentation, understanding of internal controls and accounting processes
- Experience with processing payroll for non exempt hourly employees
