Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Implementation Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting business process survey to determine all client process and data needs to address in project scope
- Designing solution to align client business needs with standard HCM application capabilities and best approach for gaps
- Building solution based on design, using iterations of prototypes and testing to validate
Position Requirements Include:
- Functional knowledge of North American Payroll
- Other payroll software implementation or business experience
- 5+ years of experience assessing business needs and implementing technology solutions to meet those needs
- Ability to learn and master new technologies
