A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Implementation Consultant in Florham Park.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Determining best methodology and overseeing the accurate and timely conversion of client's data
  • Preparing individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones
  • Ensuring issues and risks are documented and work with team members to resolve

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of work experience
  • 2-4 years experience with Vantage HCM Solution
  • Experience in relevant industry, as Benefit administrator and/or with system implementations
  • Overall knowledge of multi-service project interdependencies and Benefit Administration
  • Strong knowledge of all core business products, skilled in implementing multiple products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
