Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Implementation Consultant in Florham Park.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Determining best methodology and overseeing the accurate and timely conversion of client's data
- Preparing individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones
- Ensuring issues and risks are documented and work with team members to resolve
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of work experience
- 2-4 years experience with Vantage HCM Solution
- Experience in relevant industry, as Benefit administrator and/or with system implementations
- Overall knowledge of multi-service project interdependencies and Benefit Administration
- Strong knowledge of all core business products, skilled in implementing multiple products
- Strong communication and presentation skills
