Job Summary
A web hosting company is in need of a Remote Payroll Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage global payroll for team members including hourly and salaried team members
- Manage remittances for taxes, workers' compensation, and benefits carriers
- Ensure payroll compliance with applicable tax laws and rules, and company practices/policies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Expert knowledge in legislation (particularly ESA) of payroll solutions
- Solid financial acumen, including accounting principles and practices
- Proven ability to run multiple payrolls with multi-jurisdiction taxation, on-call pay, incentive, and commission calculations
- Previous experience in pension and benefits administration
