Job Summary

A marketing company that helps customers connect with service providers needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Payroll Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge in ADP, process improvement, and computer literacy towards helping company's organization be even better
• Apply payroll expertise to ensure company has timely payroll processing, accuracy, and compliance
• Process payroll for the company twice a month

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience processing multi-state payroll
• Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment
• Working experience in ADP Workforce Now in the last year
• Working knowledge of payroll best practices
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Ability to maintain employee changes and updates within the payroll system
