Job Summary
An accounting and bookkeeping outsourcing provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Specialist in Boston.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the payroll administration needs of our clients
- Supporting multiple clients (and their employees) on varying payroll frequencies - weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly
- Managing day to day payroll administration, respond to employee issues and serve as a subject matter expert on payroll topics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have managed payroll and benefits for small businesses
- Have completed - and enjoyed! - payroll platform transitions or implementations
- You do a happy dance when all timesheets are submitted before the deadline
- Have experience with multiple payroll, benefits and HRIS platforms - especially with ADP Run
- Have some general HR knowledge
- Are computer & systems savvy and love learning new technologies
