Job Summary
An insurance and benefits company has a current position open for a Remote Pension Risk Transfer Implementation Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a team of approximately 4-8 Implementation Managers with full people management responsibilities
- Owning client relationship, adherence to implementation timeline and timely completion of post-sale amendments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years of formal leadership experience
- Strong analytical, oversight management and relationship management skills
