An insurance and benefits company has a current position open for a Remote Pension Risk Transfer Implementation Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a team of approximately 4-8 Implementation Managers with full people management responsibilities
  • Owning client relationship, adherence to implementation timeline and timely completion of post-sale amendments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of formal leadership experience
  • Strong analytical, oversight management and relationship management skills
