Job Summary
An enterprise payroll and accounting software company is in need of a Remote PEO ASO Application Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gather information from the client
- Identify and escalate application defects
- Provide information in response to inquiries
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong knowledge of HRIS system
- Knowledge of payroll and payroll accounting operations
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to be current with system information, changes/updates and new releases
- Ability to contribute to written documentation- Knowledge Base
