An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Analytics Reporting and Insights Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of talent analytics solutions for HR and the enterprise
  • Lead the design of an integrated self-service platform
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision making

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge in the People Analytics space, including expert understanding of people data and how to deliver data and insights
  • Ability to think strategically and take ownership of all aspects of the Self-Service People Analytics product
