Job Summary

An athletic apparel retailer has a current position open for a Remote People and Culture Digital Solutions Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Build & maintain the holistic HR Technology Solutions roadmap that balances the delivery of new capabilities
  • Lead team of Functional and Senior Functional Analysts (hire, coach, develop, evaluate)
  • Partner with P&C Product Manager(s) in evaluating and prioritizing IT enhancements to improve product performance

Required Skills:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in HR Technology function with focus on data, system & process optimization & enablement of people programs
  • Experience successfully identifying and leading mindset, people, process, and technology initiatives to drive transformational change
  • Experience in people leadership role
  • Experience as primary project manager and design lead for multiple complex HR Technology initiatives
