Job Summary

An employee information company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People and Culture Staff Chief.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing large, often cross-functional, organization-wide projects or special P&C initiatives
• Acting as an extension of the Chief People Officer, working behind the scenes to improve operational efficiency
• Planning and leading the annual strategic planning process & quarterly P&C town halls

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and attention to detail
• Proven track record of working with C-level Executives
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and influence change to help teams deliver value
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Experience in simplifying processes, challenging status quos
