Job Summary
A non-profit financial distribution organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People and Places Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading the People function by implementing a People strategy
- Serving as a trusted advisor and key thought partner on all People matters
- Implementing an analytical, scalable, data-based approach to building the organization
Qualifications Include:
- 15+ years of relevant work experience
- Exposure across all HR functions in a high performance environment
- Experience in the top Head of People/HR role sitting on the executive team
- Strong desire to work for a mission-driven organization
- Track record of being a collaborative and strategic partner to an executive team
- Track record of building and managing a motivated, confident, and capable People team
