Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote People Business Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining internal process documentation and customer-facing materials
- Supporting projects and change initiatives aligned to key priorities
- Outlining and influencing the alignment of People strategies to business initiatives to ensure client groups
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience analyzing business, financial, human capital data or educational equivalent
- Proven experience working independently and collaborate effectively with others
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
