Job Summary
A social media management technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating and building trusted relationships with leadership
- Advising and at times developing strategies related to compensation practices
- Recommending, developing, and operationalizing best practices and processes required to scale our business
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as an HR Practitioner
- 2 years of experience as a People Business Partner aligned to Revenue teams
- Partner with your manager to define key success metrics for your role
- Conduct initial 1:1s with employees and managers and other key strategic partners
