Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote People Consulting and Advanced Analytics Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building relationships with Senior Executives across the business to understand the organization
- Leveraging data and analytics to drive plans and strategies that support business goals
- Leading individual analytics projects to define winning strategies and business models
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a differentiated academic track record
- 10+ years of related experience
- Advanced ability to synthesize key findings and complex analytical insights into a cohesive storyline
- Proven experience in using hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills and appropriate consulting techniques
- Very high-level of business acumen to tackle a wide range of issues in an integrated fashion
- Leads discussions with areas of responsibility/market facing business and other stakeholders
