Job Summary

An educational services company is seeking a Remote People Enablement Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage a remote team of 6 HR Business Partners
• Develop and implement programmatic approaches to address key people resource issues
• Provide consultative services

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years’ progressive experience in HR
• 5 years’ experience as a PX Business Partner including team management experience
• Track record of success in creating and driving effective Performance Management
• Deep knowledge of Human Resources practices
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and HR initiatives
