Job Summary

A company with a platform which helps you build & scale blockchain-powered applications is seeking a Remote People Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work on things like coordinating with hiring managers to ensure they have hiring plans that are realistic and in-budget
• Manage recruiters to ensure we are keeping up with hiring goals & negotiate to ensure our company has unparalleled benefits
• Be responsible for hiring and onboarding and firing and offboarding

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with negotiating benefits packages with health care insurers and other entities (401k, etc)
• Experience with defining policies for employees around time off (paid, sick leave, parental leave, etc)
• Experience with building a recruiting team to meet aggressive hiring plans
• Experience with creating and presenting reports for executives on sourcing, retention and compensation
