Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote People Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Manageing ongoing training & development system process and schedules
  • Supporting People Operations system releases, identifying impacts and enhancement opportunities
  • Utilizing a case management tool for prioritizing requests to ensure SLA are achieved

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2+ years of Human Resources/People Operations/Shared Services Analyst experience
  • 1-2+ years of Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence experience
  • Prior experience as key admin of HR technology e.g. Paylocity, Workday HCM & Absence
  • Familiar with Global, Federal, and multi-state laws/regulations
  • Assertive when required but conducts in a respectful way
