Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote People Operations Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Support a broad range of HR activities while helping us refine and up-level our entire employee lifecycle
  • Be our employee’s first point of contact on the People team by leading New Hire Orientation and responding to employee inquiries
  • Champion HRIS data integrity by entering, tracking processing and reporting on employee changes

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of relevant HR/People Operations experience in a high-growth or start-up environment
  • An environment where everyone contributes to a culture of psychological safety and inclusion and still gets stuff done is a priority for you
  • Proactive. You’re able to jump right in without drama, delivering accuracy and data integrity
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience achieved through HR certification
  • Reliable. You take pride in the quality of your work and build that level of detail into your tasks
