Job Summary

An internet services company has a current position open for a Remote People Operations Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Execute all total rewards programs, including payroll and benefits
• Support and coordinate people programs & initiatives that span the employee lifecycle
• Maintain excellent documentation and communication of key HR information

Position Requirements Include:

• Coordinate all team community-building efforts, including both virtual and in-person programming (post-Covid)
• 1+ years experience in a relevant HR or people function
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated project management capabilities
• High degree of comfort with HR technology, including implementation and administration
