A software development company has a current position open for a Remote People Operations Generalist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to people-related questions and requests in a timely manner
- Being the first point of contact for all new hires in the US/Canada in supporting their onboarding activities
- Owning and driving all employee training as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of work experience in an administration function
- Comfortable with independently leading process from end to end
- High level of technical savviness, understanding complexities of HRIS Systems and Tools
- Advanced experience with Google Suite
- Must be an articulate and confident communicator
- Highest degree of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
