Job Summary

A health worker software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Work with leadership on organizational design and change management, to help maintain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team
  • Foster superior performance and accelerated professional growth for all teams and colleagues
  • Manage our employee handbooks, HR resources, technology platforms, and intranet to ensure that all staff have easy access to appropriate policies and support in a timely manner

Qualifications Include:

  • Up to 15% travel to our regional offices
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, public administration, international development or related field
  • 6+ year(s) of work experience and a demonstrated passion for staff development
  • Exceptional empathy. Must have above average emotional intelligence and experience supporting a diverse group of individuals
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple time sensitive tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to create safe space and solicit honest feedback from diverse groups
