Job Summary

A platform that eases the software development process is filling a position for a Remote People Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving company-wide initiatives, manage the U.S. HR operations and a direct report
• Issuing employment contracts and onboard employees
• Processing payroll, managing 401k administration and benefits working with our PEO Sequoia One

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR, Business or Operations experience
• You are experienced working with team members across all levels of the organization
• Highly detail oriented, efficient and a problem solver
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work with a cross-functional and worldwide distributed team
