Job Summary
A software developer is seeking a Remote People Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making recommendations on new initiatives, programs or policies
- Collaborating with the executive leadership team to develop and establish an OKR process
- Managing self service content for all employee services and programs on internal intranet
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in managing complex HR programs, including policy design and development
- Independent self-starter capable of proposing and implementing solutions to ever changing demands
- 3+ years of experience in leading People Ops in fast growing SaaS/Tech organizations with 100+ employees
- Comfortable with ambiguity and constant changes, and able to prioritize in a fast paced and lean environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach and counsel leaders to best lead their departments
